3a. Check-in Rules

Check-in can be completed from 3 hours before and up to 10 minutes after the class starts.
Failure to check in will be registered as a "no-show" (DKK 50).
3b. Class Cancellations
Caliteket reserves the right to cancel or change scheduled classes. If a class is cancelled by Caliteket, any class credit used will be returned, and members with a subscription will not be charged any additional fee as a result of the cancellation.
4. Payment
All memberships with automatic payment are paid via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, or Mastercard. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that the payment method is correctly registered.
Class cards and gift cards can also be purchased online using the same payment methods.
5. Automatic Payments
By signing up, the member accepts automatic payment of the subscription amount from the registered payment card.
The member will receive a receipt upon registration.
If the payment card is changed, the information must be updated immediately to avoid interruptions to the membership.
6. Minimum Commitment Period
There is no minimum commitment period.
7. Late Payment
In the event of non-payment, a reminder including a fee will be sent.
If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, the membership may be terminated without further notice. Any claims for payment will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Membership can be frozen for up to 6 months for a fee of DKK 50.

Requests to freeze a membership must be submitted by email.
Termination During a Freeze:
Termination can only take place while the membership is active. If a member chooses to terminate their membership while it is frozen, the freeze will automatically end and the membership will be reactivated for the purpose of calculating the notice period. Termination will then take effect with the current month plus one month’s notice from the date the termination is received.
10. Termination and Changes to Membership
Memberships with automatic payment may be terminated at any time by email with the current month plus one month’s notice.
The termination is effective from the date it is received. Documentation may be required in case of doubt.
If termination takes place during an active freeze period, the membership will first be reactivated, after which the notice period will be calculated in accordance with the terms above.
Membership downgrade:
When downgrading to a cheaper membership, the same notice period as for termination applies, i.e. the current month plus one month’s notice.
Upgrading a membership can take effect from the date specified when the change is made. Any price difference will be calculated according to the terms of the selected membership.
Remaining credits on a class card may be used until the class card’s expiry date, unless otherwise stated for the specific product.

Persons under the age of 18 may only create a membership if a parent or legal guardian enters into the agreement on their behalf.
