Parental leave training

Our parental training is for both mothers and fathers – and of course, your children are welcome. In a safe and calm environment, we train together in a setting where community, presence, and movement go hand in hand.

We train using bodyweight exercises and adapt all movements to your level, so you can safely build strength, stability, and body control. The training is inspired by calisthenics and helps you become stronger in your everyday life.

For new mothers, we place special focus on the pelvic floor, core, and stability, allowing the body to rebuild in a gentle and supportive way – while ensuring the training is structured so that everyone gets maximum benefit.

A safe place to start – and a strong foundation for your training

At our place, new mothers and fathers can start at their own pace and gently rebuild their strength. When you’re ready, you can take the next step and challenge yourself in our other classes – such as handstand, pilates, muscle-up, and endurance.

You get:

  • Free access to all our classes: postpartum training, yoga, pilates, calisthenics, handstand, muscle-up, and more.
  • 24/7 access to our facilities (babies are also welcome on weekdays from 9 AM to 2 PM)
